Mmmmmm, I love calzones!!! One of my all time favorites! In this video you'll see an easy prep as he puts together a quick calzone with store bought dough and some pre-cooked chicken marinated in bbq sauce with ricotta cheese and mozarella. The end result looks fantastic!
